The Hamilton County Growth Partnership (HCGP) is a 501(c)(6) organization that was created in 2024 through a collaboration between Hamilton County, the City of Webster City, and the Ames Regional Economic Alliance. HCGP exists to lead, organize, and grow sustainable economic development and community betterment initiatives across our county.

Hamilton County is home to nine communities, each with its own identity, strengths, and potential. From the vibrant energy of Webster City to the small-town charm of Stanhope and Kamrar, these towns are united by shared goals and regional collaboration. Together, they form the foundation of HCGP’s work to support economic development and community betterment.
